Thank you for shopping at GOHAT STUDIO. We strive to provide quality products and services. However, due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are final. Please review our policy carefully before making any purchases.

Exemptions

In the event of technical issues or defects, please contact our support team at support@gohatstudio.com within 7 days of purchase for assistance. We may offer replacements or technical support to resolve any issues.

Perishable and Custom Products

For any perishable goods or custom-made items, all sales are final. Due to health and safety regulations and the customization involved, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for these products.

Subscriptions

Subscription services are billed on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. Customers can cancel their subscriptions at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Digital Products

All digital product sales (e.g., templates, e-books, software) are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you lose your right to a refund once the download or access process has begun.

Support: Support for your purchase is available for 1 month only from the date of purchase. For any issues beyond this period, you may need to purchase additional support.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately at support@gohatstudio.com with details and photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or store credit as appropriate.

Free Course Support Policy

The free courses provided with GOshop 2.0 are purchased from third-party instructors. We offer full support for our e-commerce system but do not provide any support for these free courses.
